# Master Advisor Map

Status: simple command sheet for Tanya, seeded July 14, 2026.

Use this when you are not sure which advisor to call.

## Fast Rule

If you are unsure, say:

> Which advisor should this go to?

Codex should tell you directly and offer to save it.

## Important: Slash Menu / Skill Status

As of July 14, 2026, `home-advisor` and `homeschool-advisor` are loaded as local Codex skill adapters:

- `C:\Users\admin\.codex\skills\home-advisor\SKILL.md`
- `C:\Users\admin\.codex\skills\homeschool-advisor\SKILL.md`

These adapters activate the canonical GrepRAG payloads. Codex should still run `greprag load home-advisor --skill-id global:home-advisor --harness codex` or `greprag load homeschool-advisor --skill-id global:homeschool-advisor --harness codex` when those skills activate.

Some other advisors may still not appear as slash commands in the app. If Tanya presses `/` and does not see `kids-food`, `kids-activities`, `posture-coach`, `motivation-rewards`, or Health/Admin, that does not mean they are broken.

The beginner-friendly way to use all advisors is still plain language:

> Use homeschool-advisor.

> Save this to Health/Admin.

> Which advisor should this go to?

Codex then reads the right project docs/skills and routes the work.

Ask Travis for help when Tanya specifically needs app/plugin/UI setup, real slash commands, missing tools, GitHub/deployment access, GrepRAG loadout plumbing, or a technical integration that should appear in the app interface.

## What Each Advisor Owns

### Home Advisor

Use for broad family check-ins.

Good for:

- What needs attention today?
- Which family system should we work on?
- Is homeschool, food, chores, health, or activities the priority?

Phrase:

> Use home-advisor. Help me decide what family system needs attention.

Family calendar reconstruction lives in `docs/family-calendar-evidence-ledger.md`. Use it when Tanya wants to rebuild what the family did from proof reminders such as Gmail, bank exports, photos, women's group/Facebook shares, chore lists, home-learning notes, device-time logs, local notes, and things she told other people. Home Advisor routes the dated rows into homeschool evidence, kids-activities, Health/Admin, or the Family Hub calendar after Tanya confirms them.

The Family Hub has a daily Codex automation named `refresh-steward-family-hub`. It should refresh dated website sections from current docs and GrepRAG memory, remove stale one-day/current-week items from the visible dashboard, and keep older proof in the evidence ledger or history/calendar areas. A full month-browser calendar is still an outstanding build need.

As of July 24, 2026, Google Calendar is connected for `tanya.steward3@gmail.com`. The Family Hub reads pulled Google Calendar events from `data/family-calendar-google-events.json` and merges them into the website calendar. Todoist is desired for Tanya's lists, chore chart, and organization system, but no active Todoist Codex plugin is available in this session. Use Google Calendar directly for calendar events. For Todoist, either use Todoist's Google Calendar integration as a bridge, store a Todoist API token securely outside repo/chat for a backend integration, or wait for Travis's planned backend skills/advisors.

### Homeschool Advisor

Use for anything education-related.

Good for:

- Kid interviews.
- Navie/Mayzie/Ledger learning plans.
- WISDOM.
- Evidence records.
- Worksheets.

Hard WISDOM privacy rule:

> Before any WISDOM email, EPP, facilitator reply, reimbursement question, document packet, or Family Hub export, apply `docs/homeschool/wisdom-disclosure-boundary.md`. Never disclose family financial strategy, named third-party supports, subsidies, financial assistance, or financial position unless Tanya explicitly approves that exact disclosure.

### Kids Activities

Use for outside programs and social/PE options.

Good for:

- Swimming.
- Volleyball.
- Library cards/programs.
- YMCA/open gym.

### Motivation Rewards

Use for chores, devices, and responsibility boundaries.

Good for:

- Device gate.
- Repair chores.
- Screen limits.
- Chore expectations.
- Consequences.
- Reward economy, if used.

Phrase:

> Use motivation-rewards. Save this to chores/device boundaries.

### Homeschool Device Setup

Use `homeschool-advisor` when the device work is about learning apps, daily homeschool device blocks, app progress, evidence, or website/workbook planning. Bring in `motivation-rewards` for entertainment/free iPad rules and `posture-coach` for iPad posture or movement breaks.

Phrase:

> Use homeschool-advisor. Save this to homeschool device setup.

## Save Commands

Use these when something matters:

> Save this to GrepRAG.

> Update the relevant advisor record.

> Make this a checkpoint.

> Save this into the homeschool records and tell me where it went.

> Save this into Health/Admin and do not save sensitive private details.

## Recent Routing Syncs

- `docs/advisor-routing-sync-2026-07-15.md`: YMCA, private activity funding, WISDOM reimbursement, Navie laptop planning, and Health/Admin paperwork were sorted into Home Advisor, Homeschool Advisor, Kids Activities, and Health/Admin after advisor-routing friction.

## When To Ask Travis

Ask Travis for help when:

- Tanya expects something to appear in the app UI or slash menu and it does not.
- A plugin, connector, permission, or tool is missing.
- A workflow needs real automation, deployment, GitHub, Cloudflare, or advanced setup.
- GrepRAG loadouts, mirrored skills, or startup watchers are not behaving.
- Codex says the next step is technical setup rather than planning, writing, tracking, or ordinary file updates.

Do not ask Travis for normal planning, homeschool design, records, worksheets, advisor routing, or simple updates. Codex should handle those directly.

## Current Build Order

Use `docs/homeschool/september-readiness-checklist.md` as the working homeschool build list until September 1, 2026.

1. WISDOM compliance and enrollment setup.
2. EPP outlines for Navie and Mayzie.
3. Funding/resource map.
4. Kid-interest interviews around July 22-23, 2026.
5. First project menus from the interview answers.
6. Activities, socialization, and PE registration calendar.
7. Weekly rhythm and daily checklist.
8. Evidence, portfolio, and records system.
9. Device/app/physical setup.
10. Family Hub homeschool build.
11. Final September readiness check.

## What Is Waiting On Kid Interviews

Do after interviews:

- Final Navie project menu.
- Final Mayzie project menu.
- Ledger ride-along plan.
- First month homeschool plan.
- Full week/month/year overview.
- Family Hub homeschool tracker fields.

## Codex Behavior Rule

Codex should not wait for Tanya to know the advisor name. If Tanya starts describing a topic, Codex should say:

> This belongs in [advisor]. Want me to save it there?

If the topic clearly matters, Codex should say:

> This should be saved to [advisor]. I am saving it there now.
