Welcome To The Wedding Operations Hub

This private website is the shared wedding operations hub for Iva and Matteo's July 4 wedding. It is meant to keep the day clear, organized, printable, and easy to review without digging through long emails, scattered notes, or one overwhelming document.

This hub is Tanya's working operations system and paper-binder source. It brings the command sheet, morning logistics, master timeline, vendor instructions, checklists, and open decisions into one place so the day does not have to be held in anyone's memory.

Items are separated into confirmed, approved working direction pending vendor confirmation, and open. The 9:45 AM limo arrival / 10:00 AM departure is approved by Iva and now awaits City Limousine confirmation. Julia's one-hour-per-person guidance is recorded; the final beauty order still awaits Anisha and the timed trial.

Print the Tanya Command Binder for the full working set, or print only the packet needed for Iva, Matteo, Natasha, Simona, Marina, or a vendor. Each paper packet includes checkboxes and note space so Tanya can mark it up and return the changes for one clean update.

Finalization Review

Release audit updated June 14, 2026. This plan is now in final logistics mode. The command/timeline/vendor materials may be printed as working review copies. The seating packet, final beauty schedule, limo packet, smoke cues, and any unconfirmed music must remain visibly marked pending until the named release gates are closed.

Hard Anchors

    Most Important Open Loops

    • Get ceremony Spotify playlist and cue order from Iva and Matteo for Tanya's Bluetooth ceremony music.
    • Obtain City Limousine's direct confirmation of the approved 9:45 AM bride-limo arrival and 10:00 AM departure.
    • After the hair and makeup trial, collect actual timed service lengths for Iva and realistic estimates for Simona and Marina; retain the 5:30 AM makeup start unless the artists recommend an earlier start.
    • Confirm whether Junior wants a meal, then send Tony the final count: 89 currently, or 90 if Junior is included.
    • Reconcile Iva's confirmed 84 attendees with the 88 names in the seating source before final chair counts or name labels are released.
    • Collect Moonlight's onsite team-lead mobile and remaining balance/invoice details; logistics are confirmed.
    • Confirm BNK pickup, Amedeo delivery/display needs, Tony's cake-cutting and coffee/tea ownership, and Sehar's onsite receiver.
    • Close Sukhy's written quote, payment, technical/safety details and venue approval before smoke cues become final.

    Document Standard

Operational pages use Tanya's timestamp-led format: full spoken wording, separate backstage directions, printable checks, clear ownership, and an observable completion goal. Sample text never overrides verified names, counts, times, songs, addresses, or vendor responsibilities.

    Status

This is the current legal ceremony script supplied by Todd and accepted in the couple/Todd email thread. Before printing the final commissioner copy, compare it once more against Todd's latest attachment and confirm the marriage-licence handoff.

    Legal - Template

We are gathered in this place to witness the formal joining in the legal state of matrimony for this couple, according to the order and the custom prevailing, and under the authority given and provided by the Province of British Columbia. We are surrounded by their people that raised them, taught them how to love, respect and enjoy life.

    Let Matteo repeat after me:

I solemnly declare that I do not know of any lawful impediment why I, Matteo Roberto Soriano, may not be joined in matrimony to Iva Panevska.

    Let Iva repeat after me:

I solemnly declare that I do not know of any lawful impediment why I, Iva Panevska, may not be joined in matrimony to Matteo Roberto Soriano.

Let the couple join hands and let Matteo repeat after me:

I call on those present to witness that I, Matteo Roberto Soriano take Iva Panevska to be my lawful wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, in whatever circumstance or experience life may hold for us.

    Let Iva repeat after me:

I call on those present to witness that I, Iva Panevska take Matteo Roberto Soriano to be my lawful wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, in whatever circumstance or experience life may hold for us.

Now upon the authority vested in me by the Province of British Columbia, I pronounce you as duly married.

May your marriage be filled with friendship, laughter, and a lifetime of choosing each other.

    Congratulations.

    You may kiss the bride.
